From NDK walk along Vitosha Blvd towards the Millennium hotel. Зимникъ is at number 73, about 250 metres away — a 2–3 minute walk.
What are the opening hours?
Monday–Friday 15:30–22:00, Saturday and Sunday 14:30–22:00. We close at 22:00 on event nights too.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome at Зимникъ, including service dogs.
What can I drink and eat at Зимникъ?
Bulgarian wines from small and established wineries, craft beer on tap from Bulgarian breweries and tasting sets, plus local cheeses, cured meats and small plates.
How many wines does Зимникъ have?
About 100 wines from more than 30 Bulgarian wineries, from small producers to established names. You can drink them by the glass or take a bottle home.

Is there live music?
Yes. We regularly host concerts and music nights in the cellar — our “cultural Sunday”. Upcoming events are listed on the Events page and on our Facebook page.

How can I pay at Зимникъ?
Yes, we accept cards, including contactless payment, as well as cash.
Can I order online?
Not yet. We are preparing an online shop for wine and meze: the menu and prices on the site are indicative, and meze will be for pickup at the bar only. Draft beer is available at the bar only. Follow the site and our Facebook page.
